The popular Intuitively Made For You earrings are back!
A unique pair of earrings made and designed just for you based on your aura and what I feel intuitively drawn to.
Your earrings will be made up of unique designs, materials and stones as I let my imagination and creativity wander, concocting up pieces you can be sure no one else will have!
How it works:
Please leave your social media handles (Instagram/Twitter) in the notes section at checkout. I will use these accounts to incorporate crystals/gemstones I feel would be beneficial for you as well as get an idea of your style. If your account is on private please either accept a follow request from my account or make your page public.
If you have any other preferences such as gold/silver or any notable features of your ears such as multiple piercings (and how many/where on your ear) or stretched ears (requiring earrings suitable for tunnels) please also leave these in the checkout description.
All orders come with a handwritten letter explaining the choices behind your earrings.
Please keep in mind that as these pieces are made to order and designed specifically for you, your order will take longer to dispatch. Thank you so much for your support!

Care Instructions
Due to the use of real crystals throughout our products, we recommend removing any jewellery before exercise, showering or perfume application. This will help keep the integrity of the crystals and maintain the sparkly nature of your pieces.
Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from other materials.
Packaging
All pieces arrive safely secured in a Phoebe Lune jewellery box.
All our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable, including the ribbon, tissue paper and jewellery box itself. The FSC® mark guarantees that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of the animal and plant life and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage.

FAQs
What materials do you use?
All materials used are hypoallergenic, nickel free and suitable for sensitive skin! I use a range of Sterling Silver, Gold Filled and Gold plated metals to bring you high quality yet affordable pieces for powerful beings with sensitive ears.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are sent using a queue system depending on volume of orders. Packages will typically be dispatched between three business days - a week. Please note that some pieces are made to order so may take longer to dispatch as will not fit into the standard queue system.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, earring returns are not accepted. For other items such as rings or necklaces, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer and must be made within 14 days of delivery. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, this return period can be flexible but please let us know before ordering or in checkout notes so we can provide this service for you. All items must be returned in their original condition for a refund to be issued.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! If you see any pieces on my website that you would like to alter (for example, a different stone/size or replacing a hook with a mini hoop for stretched ears) or have any enquires about a complete custom piece of jewellery, don't hesitate to contact me through my contact page or email, info@phoebelune.com.
